Villains!

(BBEGs of the most dreadful nature!  Terrible, horrible figures of evil and tyranny!)

Acme G. Noll (gnoll artificer-10):  Determined but clumsy gnoll, who comes up with overly complex schemes to catch the local raptoran population, as raptoran in his favorite food.  For no really good reason, he rarely speaks, instead relying on a number of pre-made signs to communicate.  He is, in fact, quite well spoken when he wants to be.  Iltinger has arranged to bring him to Sigil, so he can learn from the diversity there.  Iltinger, however, is the local raptoran population, so this plan may backfire on him.

Arathas (elf Wizard-7):  A cousin of Trivia, from Mystara, and a researcher of monsters, especially those not native to his home plane.  He invited Xizlqk to help him study unusual dragon activity, although his real plan was to capture and study Xizlqk.  He was foiled, and is presently in jail.

Arkhad (human lich Bard-18):  Master showman and evil host of Arkhad's Funhouse, an event which is scried into scrying screens across Eberron, where adventurers are trapped and run throw a series of traps and dangers.  Arkhad was recently defeated by some students from Sigil Prep, and although he is still free, Roxanne d'Cannith holds his phylactery.  (based on a character created by my friend David Cummings, and used with permission, although abused largely without)

Cedric (crypt thing):  A former employee of Arkhad, and dweller in his death dungeon.  He quit, despite the crypt thing's normal mystic ties to a specific location, and walked out.

Stefanie (human Truenamer-12):  Assistant and co-host to Arkhad.  She's much nicer than Arkhad, and is not afraid to stand up to him.  What keeps her in his employ is unknown.

Mario (blood ape):  A monstrous ape who terrorizes the neanderthals in the basement of Korwan's house.  It was properly smote by Korwan.

Dr. Bodog Bodoggeus Bodog (duergar Artificer-12):  Crazy and self-absorbed criminal genius from Eberron, and partner of Mr. Purple.  Dr. Bodog Boddogeus Bodog speaks of himself in the third person, and always uses his full name.  He is sometimes called (by himself) "the World's Smartiest Genius".

Dr. Bodog Bodoggeus Bodog's Evil Society of Monsters

Ben d'Jorasco (halfling Bard-10):  Bard who uses a banjo for his magic.

Mighty Thunk (neanderthal Barbarian-8):  Bodog's dumbest henchman, but smart enough to negotiate a decent 401K.

Borovor Manyeyes (Human Rogue-5/Spymaster-2):  A spy working for the aberration husbandry expert Uri.  He attempted to kidnap Spshak, but was foiled by Xizlqk.  Borovor, unfortunately, speaks his internal monologue out loud, so he's not the best spy in Faerun, though he believes himself to be such.

Brain in a Jar (brain in a jar):  Arch enemy of Captain Cormyr, son of the Scarlet Cranium.

Death Knight (human death knight ex-Paladin-6/Blackguard-5):  Brain in a Jar's loyal sidekick.

Cathana Redblood (Human Rogue-6; created/inspired by Drazarius):  Although she worships Lovitar, Cathana is a freelance assassin from the Realms.  She does, however, offer the Church of Loviatar discount rates, and enjoys messing with the Church of Lliira.  She has two notable modus operandi:  firstly, she uses unusual alchemicals purchased from an unknown supplier to create weird effects in her victims (such as growing aberrant ghosts inside them), and her armor, which can alter its (and her) appearance at will.  She was developing something of a relationship with Deiter Phlann, but since he left school, her whereabouts are unknown.

Ch'm (neogi):  Leader of a band of neogi, possibly killed by Shemeska.  He spoke in stilted dialogue, and tended to act all superior all the time.  (He's a Kirk parody.)

M'Coi (Neogi Cleric-5):  Grumpy neogi scientist, possibly killed by Shemeska.

Sp'k (neogi):  Neogi scientist, cold and unemotional.  Possibly killed by Shemeska.

Dallion (human Rogue-12/Assassin-5):  Professional assassin who was sent by King Burgermesiter to kill Ronald McRonald.  He was talked out of it by Pembe, who suggested they go out.  Dallion is a respected and dangerous assassin, but for some reason Pembe leaves him tongue-tied.  (Some reason.  Right.  She's hot).

Dirkk' St'evens'n:  Drow adversary and evil twin

Dover (raptoran Wizard-12):  Insane old raptoran who alienated himself from Iltinger's tribe, and bides his time trying to destroy their holidary celebrations.  He appears to have been killed by Iltinger and his siblings.

Otis (goliath Rogue-8):  Assistant to the raptoran wizard, Dover, whose heart really isn't in it.

Genna:  Head cheerleader of UFI

Gorrell (human Wizard-9):  A wizard living under Regdar's house that the gibberlings fear.  He pretended to be a lich, and ran Grave Earth, a drug which turns its users into drug-addicted ghouls.  He was killed by Korwan and Htiaf.

Hamilton Beck (human vampire Expert-15):  A powerful vampire information broker, one of the top rivals of Jayla in the illicit information business.  He was presumably slain by Korwan and Yffub.

Jerrid d'Cannith (Human artificer-7/Dragonmarked Heir-3):  Vengeful, but timid, former heir of House Cannith.  He was replaced as heir when Roxanne d'Cannith was born, and some years later, discovering his former status (he was an infant at the time he was legal heir), he plotted to murder Roxanne in hopes of regaining it.  The plot failed, and Roxanne and her friends used an elaborate plan to convince him he had been reinstated as heir.  So far, he has not discovered the duplicity.

The Keeper (human Wizard-12):  The self-declared enemy of the Sanctuary of Awakened Animals.  He tried to un-awaken them using the Forbidden Spell (dun-dun-DUNNNNN!), but was foiled and killed by Blue and Teal.

Lord of Blades:  One of Eberron's top BBEGs, and Unit's dad.

Manshoon Jr.:  Teen-age tyrant

the Mariner (human Ranger-13):  A strange, strange man, ever on the hunt for the White Whale, whose pod he hunted to near extinction.  He makes up a bunch of crap to make other people feel sympathy for him, but really and for true, he's just a crazy old man who likes to kill whales.

the Muffin Man:  Muffin-wielding arch-villain

Nevrosh d'Deneith (Human Aristocrat-6/Fighter-6):  Devious uncle of Anissa and Anastacia d'Deneith, who plotted their demise (technically Anastacia's, since he was unaware of Anissa's existence).  His plans were foiled by Paraval and the Young Knights of Myth Drannor, and he is presently in prison, awaiting execution.

Nutninkhamen (Mummy Cleric-12):  Deceased Pharaoh who wanted to be a stand-up comedian.  He is painfully bad, however, and doesn't know when to quit.  He died at the Cairo Comedy Laff-a-thon, literally, and was confined in a pyramid, to get him out of his people's hair.  At one time, he was betrothed to Maztican princess (and now undead bartender), Telteca, but she won't have anything to do with him.  He is presently confined to the Demiplane of Dread.

P'cr'D (neogi):  Leader of the spelljammer New Venture, and enemy of Ch'm, above.

L'fr'g (neogi):  Blinded neogi who's put in charge of making useless announcements to P'cr'D when anyone can see what's going on.

Number One (neogi):  P'cr'D's second in command.

Mr. Purple (purple worm):  Okay, let's explain this as best we can.  Purple worm given a headband of intellect +6.  Brings him up to 7.  Not genius, but enough to read a Tome of Clear Thought +5.  Sure, 12 isn't that great, but it's enough to make him the "World's Smartiest Purple Worm", a title he gave himself as he began his criminal career in Xen'drik.  Seems to have been killed by Amizath and the Crimson Lotus, but, y'know how named bad guys stay dead and all.

Raxton (human Rogue-6/Assassin-5):  Raxton is a professional assassin from Cormyr, most recently hired to assassinate Biklik, and captured by Biklik and Arelle.

Redjack (ghost):  Mysterious serial killer that stalks Sigil.  Rumors abound, that he was so evil that Ravenloft kicked him out (and he is seeking to perform an act so vile, they'd have no choice but to return him there), that he's a vampire, and many others.  He was eventually caught by Iltinger and Spin, who discovered he was a possessing spirit.  He is presently captured in a Magic Jar, and in prison.

General Richten (human vampire Fighter-14):  One of the most powerful vampires in Sigil, apparently slain by a party led by Htiaf.

Sam (changeling Totemist-12):  Mentor of Iltinger, who was arrested some time back after a plan (uncreatively involving throwing a sheet over his head and trying to scare people off) was foiled by Those Pesky Kids.  Sam has since escaped jail, and is in Sigil performing equally uninspired plans, often complex to the point where they seem to have no actual purpose.  Aka:  Fearless Furley, Wicker, the Ghost of the Warforged Ghost

Fearless Furley:  One of Sam's most common aliases, a skinny, bragging, but cowardly human who punctuates most of his sentences by sniffing.

Ghost of the Warforged Ghost:  Alias used by Sam while he was pretending to haunt the Old Abandoned Amusement Park.  Not sure why.

Wicker:  An old miserly man who trained orphans to be Iltinger, and who turned out to be Iltinger's mentor, Sam.

Scarlet Cranium (Brain in a Jar Telepath-15):  Arch villain, and chief nemesis of Captain Cormyr.

Sharp Lord of the Swiss:  See The Elemental Plane of Dairy

Shineya (erinyes):  An erinyes spy who doubly masqueraded as a young noble girl who had an affair with Amizath some time ago, and as an astral deva guardian.  She tried to kill Amizath, but was defeated and run off by Ami and Tinya.

"Iggy" (ogre):  Ogre working for Shinaya.  Iggy may or may not be his real name.

"Ziggy" (ogre):  Ogre employed by Shinaya.  "Ziggy" may or may not be his real name.

Skulker (vampire Lurk-13):  One of the most powerful vampires in Sigil.

S'sko (neogi):  A rival of P'cr'D.

Tara Frieze (human vampire Lurk-6/Cyrokineticist-8):  Powerful vampire, and rival/twin sister of Jenny Blaze.

Tarrasque (Tarrasque):  Once, he was a normal kobold on the plane of Pun-Pun.  He optimized himself to great might, but not to the infinite power of his fellows.  He, unfortunately, became quite stupid in the process.  He has since spawned a very, very small race.

Doctor Trann (vampire Archivist-18):  one of the most powerful vampires in Sigil.

Tr'Thalar (mind flayer):  Homeless mind flayer who Blue convinces to become Korwan's nemesis.  He applies for nemesis funding, and goes on to attack half-time at the Championship Football Game in the most coordinated, deadly attack ever performed in the Sigil Prep game.  He was killed by Korwan.  Blue was scolded.

Yarrick Zan (mind flayer assassin-5):  An assassin employed by Nevrosh Excoriate.  (based on a character from Enemies & Allies; property of WotC)

Yffub doppelganger (doppelganger):  After returning from the Young Knights of Myth Drannor mission to Krynn, Yffub went to file some papers with Strahd, who kidnapped her and replaced her with a doppelganger.  Although not explicit in any of them, all Yffub appearances between Young (and Sleep Deprived) Knights of Myth Drannor, and her rescue in You Dance Divinely, are of the doppelganger.

Yinn and Yang (hengeyokai vampires Ninja-12 and Sohei-12):  Among the most powerful vampires in Sigil.
