A home for terminally plot-ill children who have proven resistant to Cure
Disease magic. It’s The Colonel’s single charity effort, after his own son died
of plotsitis. At least, that’s the press release. Mainly, it’s a tax write-off.

Here only because he paid for it's inclusion, is the off-campus house rented by
Regdar and Tordek (and formerly
Krusk), stars of the Football Team. The doors
always open for hot humanoid females... remember, he paid for this... and

Korwan’s House
The house directly beside the House o’ Regdar, rented by Korwan and Sera. Since
Korwan’s abrupt departure from Sigil Prep, Sera has taken in Ila Truesteel, and
also has Jarna the Jungle Girl,
Spin, and Lin Witzer (of TMBD) splitting rent
with her. It’s become more of a party house, much to Sera’s annoyance.
Korwan’s house has 300 square miles of dinosaur infested Lost World in the
basement. Jarna claims this as her room. 108 Gygax Street
Raistlin's House
Despite his unfriendly, ambiguously evil nature, Raistlin remains one of SP's
most popular teachers. For reasons no one can adequately explain, there's almost
always a party at the house he maintains just off campus. He's not always at
these parties, however. Really, he hates them. 90 Gygax Street

Orphanarium
Facility run by the Sigilian Times, to house the various orphans who

Temple to the Olympian god of speed and athletics, where a portal to
fresh fruit supplies exists. The source of most tasty veggies in Sigil East, and
you owe it all to a deity who isn’t even recognized in this cosmology. 44
