ROKUGAN
Rokugan is an Oriental (Faerunian word meaning "Of or similar to Kara-Tur") material plane, divided along clan lines. The world is heavily dominated by humans, and the other primary races barely have a say. They are not a prominent force at Sigil Prep, xenophobic as they tend to be, but a few choose to go here.
There is a very dangerous area of this material, called the Shadowlands. It isn't simply inhabited by hostile monsters, but it is actually deadly just by standing in it. Students are advised to avoid this place at all costs. You only have to look at Voitagi Dorm to see how dangerous this can be.
Very little is known about the cosmology of this plane, and Portals are the only recommended way to travel back and forth from here.

Teki Fenshi: A Fancy Steak house just off the Morikage School campus. It is run by a bakemono kitchen staff, and manned by one of the best oni chefs in Rokugan.

The Morikage School is in the Phoenix Lands, though it accepts students from all
the Empires. The Phoenix Clan is, however, quite unfairly favored. The entry
requirements are obscene, and the tuition is tremendous; the students are quite
rightly smug in knowing they attend such a prestigious school. There are almost
no students from off-plane. They are best in one-on-one athletics: fencing,
wrestling, tennis. They are generally favored over Sigil at softball. Their
football team is a moderate obstacle at best.

Akodo Radugaro (human Samuria-8): Morikage's quarterback.
Kodachi (human ninja-12): A member of the Morikage cheer squad.
Kong (human fighter-10): Massive player on the Morikage football team.
Mirago (human (Scorpion Clan) Rogue-6/Ninja Spy-5): The leader of Morikage School's campus Scorpion Clan club.
Mojo Toro (human Barbarian-9): One of the defensive players on Morikage's football team.
Ridago (human (crane clan) Fighter-12): Student attending the Morikage School.
Notable Inhabitants
Grangen (tsuno): monstrous assistant of Mogojogo, currently at large.
Mogojogo (kamu no oni): Powerful but not-too-bright monster that terrorized the village near Morikage School in Rokugan. He was slain by Amizath.
Rokugan organizations
Chiaga-ru Clan: Morikage's cheerleading squad. The Chiaga-ru clan is a ninja clan who selects its members from a young age, and trains them in the arts of espionage, assassination, and school spirit, until they are old enough to attend school. The leader, Tana'niri, was recently forced in honorable combat, to submit to Maddie Weber, and they are presently under the Drow opportunist's command.
Scorpion Clan: Fierce foes of Burvik, former masters of Kinacho and T'sing-a'tsong. (Legends of the Five Rings; property of Green Ronin)
