Restaurants in Sigil East
Ambient (*****; $$$$$)
A bright and very, very expensive restaurant. The light is bright beyond normal
sensitivity, and most diners wear shades. Light sensitive races are encouraged
not to go: partially, because your eyes won't stand it, partially because you
just aren't wanted there. Reservations required; jacket and tie required.
4444 Greenwood Plaza
[Blood, Death, and Vanilla]
(name translated from the Abyssal)(****; $$)
One of the city's finest demon-cuisine restaurants. They slaughter your meal
right at the table. Decadent desserts; be sure to order “what the demons have”
if you want the real stuff, and not the mortal stuff. 665 Wyatt Ln.
Cheesy Clucky's Hyperactive ADD
Pizza Emporium (**; $)
They've got games, they've got shows, they've got people in atrocious costumes,
they've got mobs of kids having birthday parties. And somewhere in there, they
serve rather blah pizza. Chain restaurant, though only one Sigil East location
at: 375 Salvatore Way
Cocoa Castle Confectioners
(***; $$)
The source of much of the chocolate in Sigil, with a portal back to the Isles of
the Sea Barons in Greyhawk. It is both a retailer of fine chocolate, and one of
the top bakeries and ice cream shops in town. Most of the staff is bloodless,
because Lord Hershey can’t always control himself. The attached ‘factory’ often
gives out highly dangerous tours. The chocolate is never touched by human
hands. Instead, it's made by ghouls. 666 Weiss Rd.
Cocoa Castle Staff
Lord Hershey (human
vampire Noble-15): The owner of Cocoa Castle Confectioners, and one of the
vampires who controls the multiverse's chocolate supply.
Frank (awakened flesh
golem): Pink-tinted foreman at Lord Hershey's chocolate factory on Oerth. For
some reason, he talks like Curley from the Three Stooges.
Georgetta (yellow musk
zombie Commoner-2): Employee who scoops the ice cream at Cocoa Castle
Confectionaries. She's extremely scatterbrained, and though she appears human,
she's actually a plant creature, since Lord Hershey only employs people without
blood (plants and undead notably).
Nathan (human Expert-3):
Sailor and dockworker for Lord Hershey's chocolate factory.
Waldo (human wizard
(necromancer)-9): Waldo creates the ghouls that man Lord Hershey’s chocolate
factory..
The Colonel's Famous Fried Fowl

old man in a white suit. Several locations in Sigil East; the Colonel himself
frequents: 1112 Mearls Place
Djinni's (**; $)
The local franchise of the popular family dining chain. Everything comes with a
short stack of pancakes. Even a short stack of pancakes. 1199 Grubb Way
Fairy Queen (**; $)
Popular ice cream chain, back after several years, and replacing the unpopular
chain, Queen of Frozen Cow's Milk. Fey owned and operated since [insert
appropriate year relative to your own material plane’s timeline] Sigil
East branch: 16 Gygax St.
Ichthal's Fried Hin (****;
$$)
Thri-kreen run fried halfling restaurant. Also serves delicious gnome, elf, and
free range human dishes. Specials vary daily by availability. Reservations
recommended. 101 Greenwood Plaza

(**; $)
They serve breakfast all day. It’s still mostly pancakes, though. Not sure where
the interplanar comes in. 2347 Greenwood Plaza
Jack-in-the-Sphere (*; $)
The only fast food restaurant founded by a guy with a fake head. Six locations
in Sigil East. The one closest to Sigil Prep: 688 Mearls
Jayla's
(***; $)
Run by Jayla Mistrom, this coffee shop is popular for
its poetry readings, flavored coffees, and interesting substances that can be
acquired on the down-low. Necromancers and the sulking undead favor the place as
much as anyone. 2119 Greenwood Plaza
King Burgermeister's Master
Burgers (**; $)
Second most popular burger chain, despite the attempts of its owner on Ronald
McRonald's life. The pseudo-Castle theme is charming, in a mass-produced sort of
way. Most popular of Sigil East’s 8 locations: 33 Cordell Ave.
Leomund's Tiny Pizza Hut
(***; $)
That Leomund has his hands in a lot of things, including being a top player in
the pizza industry. Two Sigil East locations, including: 75 Tweet Street
Maztica Bell (**; $)
The most popular chain of taco joints. The one closest to campus, where you’re
most likely to see Regdar break new world’s taco-eating records: 60 Collins
Dr.
McRonald's (**; $)
Chain of popular fried cow-flesh sandwich restaurants. Run by a famous, but
evil, jester, who makes lots of personal appearances and employees many colorful
minions. 12 locations in Sigil East, including the original: 3313 Bronner Dr.
McRonald's Staff
Mr. Barkley (gnoll Expert-4): The
manager of the Sigil East location of McRonald's. Barkley is a fair but
strict manager, with little patience for slackers, or customers who don't bus
their trays. He is terrified of Ronald McRonald.
Larry (Human Expert-3):
The assistant manager at the McRonald's where
Pembe used to work. Larry had what appeared to be a bit of a crush on the
girl, although it turned out to be a pretty scary little stalking thing. He was
eventually talked out of his obsession by Pembe herself. We know how well that
works, don't we?
Monica (human Commoner-3):
Drive-through clerk at McRonald's, who may have a crush on Larry.
Moliere's (****; $$$)
Fancy restaurant that serves rich, sauce-heavy food. The patio is very popular,
overlooking a rare (for Sigil) outdoor pool. Jacket and tie required;
reservations highly recommended. 1100 Heinsoo Dr.
Murlynd's Greasy Spoon (*;
$)
A small diner that specializes in cheap, but filling gruel. They also serve a
number of grilled and fried items. The only recommendation we can offer: the
gruel is a copper for all you can eat. Good for poor college students who have
reached the point of desperation. 17 Arneson Rd.
Odo's Pizza
(***; $$)
A popular, all night pizza place, run by a burly, unnamed orc who doesn't speak
much. They specialize in exotic toppings, obtained under questionable
circumstances. It's better not to ask. Vrock actually tastes pretty good if you
don't think about it too much. 332 Salvatore Way
Pizza Dungeon (**; $)
Large pizza chain, fairly popular. (Yes, there’s two Pizza Hut knock-offs in
town; you want continuity? Stick to the Realms *snicker*) In Sigil East, the
location is 223 Hickman St.
Reynolds Street Bakery
(***; $$)
The Bakery on Reynolds Street. 2255 Reynolds St.
Rictal’s Extra-Salty Pretzels and
Bottled Water (**; $$)
The saltiest pretzel stand in town. The pretzels are also the cheapest in town,
but the bottled water is ten gp. 1442 Marmell Rd.
Roc's Doughnuts (****; $)
A very popular doughnut shop, selling whopping huge doughnuts and other
pastries. Reservations recommended. No seriously, they’re that good. 11119
Hickman St.
Savory Portals (n/a; $$$)
Not a restaurant, but a food delivery service. Savory Portals will pick up food
form any restaurant... anywhere, and deliver it... anywhere. They don't promise
a timeframe, though so... hope you still want it next month. Delivery fees are
painful, and they still expect a tip. 7777 Cordell
Silvanesti's (*****; $$$$)
A high end Elven restaurant, specializing in Krynnish cuisine. Jackets required,
reservations required, orcs killed on sight. 414 Hickman St.
Table of Zeus (****;
$$$$$)
An Olympian restaurant, high class, expensive, serving a fine selection of
pastas, veil, and poultry. Private rooms available, togas required. 2200
Gygax St.
Wings of Wizardry (***;
$$)
One of those places that sells chicken wings with 82,000 different types of
marinade. Not just mild, hot, and extra hot here, boy. You need a cross
reference index to keep track of everything. Is “Inferno” hotter than “Elemental
Fire”? Is “Flamestrike” spicier than “Jalapeno Fireball?” Where the hell are the
mild options? 47 Baker st.
