The Mall of the Titans
Located at 100 Gygax Street, the Mall of the Titans is most impressive shopping center in town. The MotT has over 1000 stores, with everything from books and clothing, to arms and armor, to spell components and exotic foods. There's so much here, that many will do all their shopping at the Mall. Others are wary of the proliferation of Mall Girls, and the hill giant rent-a-cops, and prefer to support local businesses. Yeah, foo on them.
Although there are a number of doors, including one that leads directly from the Convention Center, all of them open inside to the Food Court.

Amulets and More: Sells magic jewelry. High end, expect wholesale mark-up.
The Armory: They'll make your armor right there in the store! Watch as plate is forged, chain is linked, and rings are shaped. Of course, it takes several hours, so you might just want to pick it up later.
Bite Me!: 'loft clothing, for the Vampire in all of us
Bucknard's Everful Bargain Basement: low end magic items. Guaranteed nothing over 150 gp.
Cloaks and Things: Yeah, I betcha they sell cloaks, don't ya think?
Coldwater Plane's: the latest in hip and trendy clothing, for college kids who want to look like everybody else.
Complete Weapons Rack: Nearly every sort of weapon, even those weird Oriental Adventures things. Some magic weapons are available.
Creek's Brothers: men's clothing for rich men
Epic Cuts: hair-stylist; walk-ins welcome
Father Nick's Curse Removal and Legal Advice: Father Nick will remove your curses, and offer legal advice. (Father Nick is not a licensed lawyer, and advice is for entertainment purposes only)
G.Grimoires: The Mall's largest bookstore; some magical tomes available
Golden Way: Kara-Turan imports, and (more frequently) things that are made to look like Kara-Turan imports
GreenWalls: potions and alchemical items, as well as household supplies
Hobby Town Models and Craft Kits: models, hobbies, and skill bonus equipment
Hot Topic: They've got these things everywhere
J.T. Copper's: another of those interchangeable mall clothing outlets
Jammers: A large store dealing with spelljammer gear and other sailing equipment
Lady of Pain's Ladylike Lingerie (and Exotic Sundries): A lingerie shop just asking for trouble.
Maiden of Pain: leather goods and fetish gear
Menagerie: An exotic pet shop
Marcus Neimelius: clothing, including imports from Olympus
Old Seafarers: trendy clothes and annoying commercials
Slinger Sam's: magic wands, and wand training for initiates
Spell Component Emporium: a place to buy spell components
Tinker's Tokens: low end magic jewelry store, including a number of one-off items
Utility Belt: gadgets and "mundane" equipment like what rogues might use
Veronica's Treasures: women's underwear and Charisma-boosting magic items

Mall employees
Father Nick (human Cleric-18): "Lawyer" and Curse Removal expert. He runs a business at the Mall of the Titans, and has an accent that is unusual.
Slinger Sam (human Wizard-15): The proprietor of Slinger Sam's, and fastest wand draw in Sigil.
Waldo (Human Wizard-20): The owner of Wizarding Waldo's Wondrous Items. Bald, with a well-trimmed mustache. He over-extends the word "Yes" for reason unexplainable.
