Legacy-Arcana
Legacy-Arcana is actually two worlds, Legacy and Arcana, which orbit one another, and which have a history of holy war with one another. Legacy has a very Arabic culture (similar to Zakhara), while Arcana's culture is more occidental (like Faerun). The history of conflict dates back centuries, and few know all the details of the political reasons for the war. Existing portal traffic into and out of the plane is heavily monitored, and war conditions have been known to close travel completely.
More recently, parts of Legacy-Arcana were flooded by milk cannons fired from the Elemental Plane of Dairy, for unknown reasons, and that attack was followed by a devil invasion led by Mammon. Conditions are hostile, and students are advised to avoid this plane, except for high level adventuring extra credit.
Inhabitants of Legacy-Arcana
Father Frank (human Cleric-21): A cleric from Akbar's homeplane of Legacy-Arcana, and professor of obscure worlds' mythologies. Something of a mentor to Akbar. A calm and patient man (he'd have to be to mentor Akbar), he returned to Legacy-Arcana when the war started in his homelands and all students and faculty from that plane were drafted home.

Comments: Legacy-Arcana is a homebrew setting brought into Sigil Prep by Akbar and Razaie, and created by their DM (on the WotC message boards as DaExecutioner). It is highly retconned here to reflect needs of the SP story, with apologies to the creator. I have arbitrarily assigned the 3rd ed. Deities and Demigods Faith of the Sun to Legacy, and the Following of the Light to Arcana, with Dennari worshipped in clusters.
